Andrew Golkin, the founder of ANG
Visuals, can be seen here taking measurements
at an Arlington, Virginia residence that had been destroyed in a fire. Not
only do we
design remodeling projects, one of our other functions in the community is to
redesign
the houses of fire victims around the Washington, DC area who have had their
homes
destroyed. We work with the victims to make their houses better and
cherished even more
than before.
Andrew Golkin comes from a family
of builders and remodelers and designed
projects for his father from a young age. While working on remodeling
projects, Andrew saw
a serious problem in the communication between homeowners, contractors, and
designers.
Plans were often, incorrect, over budget, or poorly planned.
In 2005, Andrew started his
business, ANG Visuals, LLC, with the hopes that he could
improve the construction industry in the DC area with new methods of
communicating
projects to homeowners and draw up schematics for a better Design/Build process.
The business began offering
renderings and quickly acquired clients across the country
who used the renderings, giving homeowners a view into the future of their
project
before any construction began! The company has evolved into a full design
studio
working with both contractors and homeowners to design their dream homes and
projects. We have shown homeowners and contractors in the Washington DC,
area
an innovative and improved Design/Build process.
