services. We will work with you to create permit ready plans for your
already designed project. Our draftsmen
have the structural and construction expertise necessary to guide you through the
permitting process. Our plan sets
include Floor Plans, Structural Plans, Elevations, Framing Elevations, Section
Cuts, as well as all the details
necessary for you to receive your permit and make your project a reality.
At ANG Visuals we believe that it is
our responsibility to design structures that are good for the health
of our planet as well as the people and things that inhabit it. Into every
design we consider energy
efficiency, site disruptions, indoor air quality, material choices, and many
other elements that affect
the world through the built environment. Many times, homeowners choose to
go even further and
we design Solar PV systems, tankless water heaters, and other active systems to
further augment
energy savings and the "greenness" of their homes.
The founder of ANG Visuals, Andrew
Golkin, first coined the phrase Family Oriented Design in
a research study titled "House Vs Home". The study examined the difference
between the physical
structure of a house and the emotional and familial activities and relationships
that form within
the structure, transforming it into a home. It is our belief that the
family should make the house and
not the other way around. We design for families, making sure that the
structure is conducive to a
healthy family environment and that it will reflect the lifestyle of the family
as they grow and develop
strong relationships that will evolve the house into a home.
